Refund Policy

Our policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products (FiveM scripts and resources), all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

  • Product Not Working: If the product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • Technical Incompatibility: If the product is incompatible with your server setup and this was not clearly stated before purchase
  • Unauthorized Purchase: If your payment method was used without your authorization

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following circumstances are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to install or configure the product (support is available)
  • Compatibility issues that were disclosed before purchase
  • Products that have been modified or customized
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Products purchased during sales or special promotions (unless otherwise specified)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through Discord within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your purchase receipt or transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow our team to attempt to resolve any issues first

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only part of a bundle or package is not functioning properly. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without first contacting our support team, you will be permanently banned from purchasing our products. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

7. Updates and Support

Please note that all products include lifetime updates and support. Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team, as they may be able to resolve your issue or provide a solution.
